Trying something new is exciting, so it was about time we ventured to BasVegas.

OMG like so r@ndom. 

Surprisingly it was loadsss of fun. It never got boring because there were 3 different clubs with a range of music.

We know it was a school/college night, but we couldn't resist taking a trip to Shoreditch to hear and see the beautiful Drowners.

Ebony wore a longline blazer because she knew we would we walking everywhere, and used it to smarten up her cupid shirt-dress. The DM's are totally gig appropriate when everyone is bound to tread on your feet.

I didn't feel like dressing up (not that I've got any clothes to do so, at the moment) so I wore this gingham top I made (because like I said, I've run out of clothing and ££) with a skirt to kind of make an effort. I threw on the DIY denim jacket to fit the gig vibes.

Matt's band is so good to move to so it was a shame that not everyone joined the atmosphere. There was however, some fellow Essex people who were dancing too (what a coincidence) so we obviously made friends with them.

These girls all have amazing style and are a perfect example of what to where to a pub/gig.

Frankie kept is simple and went for mom jeans and a black high necked crop top. I like how she dressed it up with her dark coloured jacket and heeled boots. She effortlessly added some colour with her tapestry bag too - probably a vintage, yh mhan (H).

It can get really hot at gigs so Kate went for a feminine sheer lace and a little bralet. Caaahyooot.

What's the coolest thing to do at The Old Blue Last? Take a giant selfie of course.

The old blue last often do free gigs because they're owned by Vice mag. so its always good to have a look on their website to see if there are any good sets on. Shoreditch is full of fun and adventures!

Katy Perry kissed a girl and she didn't like it

When we thought that Miley's tongue couldn't stick out any further...she manages to make it in, or shall we say make out with Katy Perry's mouth. 

While singing "Adore You" on her Bangerz Tour, Miley impulsively stopped singing and seduced the "I kissed a girl" starlet towards her and what happened after can be seen (with both hands over your eyes) below:

Now we love Miley and her antics, she's a free spirit and does what she wants, which is totally D0P3. But, when it comes to involving other people in her stunts, especially like this, it's so different. Katy Perry is completely caught off guard, and from that shriek was only expecting a friendly kiss... not Miley's slimy tongue. You might say it will generate them both a huge amount of publicity and that's always good, right darlings? But no, in this case it's totally cringe worthy. And the way Miley is so startled by the how Katy wouldn't naturally go along with her PDA was the worst bit and really showed that attention seeking side of her which we never wanted to agree with. Katy Perry looks mortified and who blames her?! It was harmless and in hindsight, probably flattering, but imagine if a boy ambushed you with his tongue like that! you'd feel as grotesque as this whole ordeal. There shouldn't be double standards because Perry is a girl, it's still just as mouth rapey as if a boy (whatever sexual orientation) did it. 

Although, we do feel sympathy for Miley who's been rejected by Liam and Katy now, who's next?!

Let's hope we can go back one tongue jab and return to the loveable booty popping Miley.

Isabella Blow Exhibition

So we  headed off to check out the Isabella Blow exhibition at Somerset House and it was pretty spectacular.
