Happy Birthday to L!!!!!
We decided to celebrate L's coming of age by going clubbing for the first time (seeing as she was the first to turn 18).
I wanted an outfit that spoke sexy, mature but not obviously trying to get away with her 21 year old sisters ID.
The blazer gave the older, sophisticated vibe but I wanted to keep it fresh and girly so I wore my dusty pink, lace trim slip and a bandeau underneath.
This slip is so versatile, you can wear it with a matching pink blouse to disguise it as a tea dress, or even a silky white shirt (which I've done before) to dampen the sexiness...especially if you're wearing it to school or college. Next time I think I'll pair it with a kimono or a biker jacket to toughen it up.
Ebony's brightened up her skinny leathers with a blue and white print shirt. The chiffon will keep you cool if you're all covered up. Her velvet shoes from Topshop go well with the grungy bottoms. She's also carrying a small bag to keep all her essentials in, practical and fierceee.
L's skirt: NastyGal
L's Crop top: Topshop
Now that L's a lady, she can get away with showing more skin (well that's my theory). The studded PVC combines two trends, follow L. and wear a tight fitting crop top to flatter and emphasize your physique.
Necklace: Miss Selfridge
Bandeau: Topshop
Slip: Vintage stool at Brownstock Festival
Ming Vase Print Blouse: Topshop
Leather Pants: Topshop
Bowler Hat: Vintage
